Structural Steel Construction and Machine Shop

Galadari Engineering has been serving the nation for almost three decades, providing professional services to meet the needs of the economic and industrial developments of the UAE. Since its establishment, it has been associated with a number of projects vital to the country’s progress.

Galadari Engineering has proven record of expertise in the field of structural steel work, with its own capabilities and facilities for complex design and drawing work, intricate and accurate fabrication needs and mighty erection works. A few activities are listed below :

SHOP FACILITIES OF GALADARI ENGINEERING

FABRICATION WORKSHOP :

Its main fabrication set up is under spacious purpose built premises in the Heavy Industrial Area in Al Quoz, Dubai. The premises have a total plot area of 200,000 Sq. Ft. out of which 71,000 Sq. Ft. is covered and balance 129,000 Sq.Ft. is used for blasting / painting of structural steel and storing raw steel materials. The fabrication work shop has an installed capacity to produce 1200 tones per month.

Its large capacity mobile cranes and Tower Cranes installed in open yard along with 40 feet long trailers have facilitated prompt and quicker deliveries to clients.

SPECIAL MACHINERY :

It has always been the aim of Galadari Engineering to follow and adopt state of art technology; and accordingly has added to its vast fleet of equipment the following sophisticated machinery from Kaltenbach, Germany :

CNC Laser Guided Beam Cutting, CNC Plate Process and CNC drilling supported by Robotic Copying Machine.

MACHINE SHOP :

Machine Shop set up is spread over an area of 30,000 Sq. Ft. and is equipped with all the heavy duty special purpose machines such crank shaft grinder, horizontal boring, heavy duty lathes, honing machines, electroplating plants, heat treatment equipment, etc.

Activities include, general machining, reconditioning of Engine components, Manufacturing of GRE / FC/GRP / Steel hollow mandrels of size dia upto 1600 mm X 14000 mm long. Can carry out In Situ Drilling and Line boring, remetalling of large size white metal bearings. Hard Chrome, ENP, Heavy Nickel plating Etc.

ISO ACCREDITATION

Galadari Engineering has ISO 9001 accreditation since 1993. Various quality control and procedural systems are in place to take care of stringent requirements laid down by the ISO and for meeting the statutory requirements of various Governmental bodies in UAE.

FUTURE EXPANSION

Keeping in pace with the rapid growth of UAE in general and Dubai in particular, Galadari Engineering has embarked on an ambitious expansion programme in a vast plot area of 1.2 million square feet in Dubai Industrial City. Thus enabling increase of capacity and production many folds. When completed, the combined production capacity will be 3,000 tones per month.
